In measure 7, the F# is used for to "sweeten" the melody. ![]() ![]() So in measure 4, the expected G is changed in G# to have this same effect of resolving on a A in the melody in A minor. G# is the sensitive note that resolve on a A in a melody in A major. (Sorry but I don't know if "accidental alterations" is the right term or a bad translation from french) The G# and F# are only accidental alterations which doesn't change the general harmony. In your exemple the whole thing is in A-naturel-minor.
